My mother suffering with serious health issues diabetic and feeling unconscious, I can't bring her to surgery because iam 36 weeks pregnant. However I go with her last week for support.but they didn't provide appointment.saying to call morning 8 am on Monday. Today I called for appointment.but they are saying appointment full.call tomorrow. Last week she had an appointment in homeoffice. They suggested urgent health care.what will I do.i gp not corporate. My health condition don't allow me to travel long.so I can't take her to another hospital. I am totally disappointed in the case of Aberaman surgery
Doctors are generally ok. However there doesn't seem to be much communication between the people working there. This can be stressful and frustrating, when they pass you from pillar to post.
I always check reviews foe Dr's as its a helpless feeling when you don't have a decent one. Went yesterday for ongoing stomach issues and my Dr was lovely. She got me in for a bunch of tests and an ultra sound. She really listened to my issues and made me feel like I was taking steps forward. Exactly what yoy need from a Dr. Would recommend
If ever there was a place that demonstrated the lack of compassion or care in the medical profession in these time it’s this place.nWhile the doctors are generally very good, getting to see one is down right impossible. The reception guard dogs are rude, unprofessional and in-compassionate jobsworths.
The practice in Aberaman is open on Friday's, the website states it's closed.nnNever had an appointment on time. I now expect a good 30+ mins wait time. it's quite annoying as I work and have limited time off to take for appointments. Very rarely I visit the surgery and it's normally a 2 week advance on booking an appointment.nnHaven't seen the same doctor twice in all the years I've been a member so I feel the doctor never really knows your history. But that may be the same for all surgeries now, whoever is available.nnOverall they are a friendly bunch.
