I've brought four beautiful hand crafted pieces of jewellery so far and I absolutely love each of them. Quality, custom made pieces of jewellery heaven with wonderful customer service.
We was in St Ives for 7 days, and we revisited this lovely jewellery shop 3 times! Two bangles and two rings later, I can’t but rave about the quality of the products and the wonderfully rare customer service. It felt like you was chatting amongst friends, the owner and two of her members of staff. I will certainly be returning. Thank you ladies! x
We visited here today in the hope we could find a replacement wedding ring for my husband. The jewellery on display was stunning but we were looking for a like for like Titanium band and my husband is very particular. We asked on the off chance if there were any and we were led to the counter where we were happily invited to pour over the options not yet out on the shelf. As I say, my husband is very particular and likes the matt worn in look. The lady serving I am so sorry for not getting your name as you were incredible went above and beyond by buffing out the shiny look to make it exactly as we wanted. The overall experience was just what we were looking for considering the importance of the band itself. I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for taking your time to help us, your wonderful demeanour and patience means we will remember you for a long time to come. Wonderful.

Visited St Ives yesterday and this was one of the first shops I went into, the lovely lady in the shop was so much fun, friendly bubbly and ready to help with any question or in finding something specific for our interests. I looked at the lotus hoop earings and instantly fell in love with them, the quality of the product the simplicity yet beauty of the design and the fact that they were large enough to make a statement without feeling like weights hanging from my ears and incredibly fair pricing ive made much more for far less quality. Took all of 5 seconds to decide to buy them. My friend also got a beautiful pair of earings and a bag from the shop which are also of excellent quality. Unfortunately I lost one of the earings and they don't have another set in stock, but have been kind enough to send me a different set which are just as beautiful. I highly recommend this shop, the products are beautifully designed by someone who truly loves what they do, the quality is second to none and the people are a pleasure to meet, you can't go wrong shopping here and now I know there is an online shop I may just have a bit of a spree.....
Fantastic service, I recently ordered a bracelet my wife had seen whilst on holiday as a surprise. I typically ordered the wrong size…thanks to St Ives Jewellery Studio getting me back into the good books with great customer service and a quick turnaround .
Purchased a new wedding ring from this Jewellers and the service was first class and they couldn't do enough for you. Really impressed with my hand made wedding ring which is truly impressive and unique. A must visit any time your in St Ives.
Amazingly friendly and professional, showed up and we were instantly met with friendly smiles and conversation. Would recommend 100% not only are all the staff wonderful but the experience was amazing as well, showing us how to craft our own silver rings. Looking for a permenant memory of St Ives, come here!
The lady who owns this shop is so accommodating . She made me two bangles and cut off my old rings that were too tight . I bought two more rings from her . Her staff are so pleasant and helpful . It made me go back 4 times in a week . Highly recommend wonderful service and a friendly manor .
We visited as a treat for our 2nd wedding anniversary and made each other rings. Brilliant service and very friendly. Thank you. We both really enjoyed ourselves.
