Rowes Honda Hayle staff were good because they made great efforts to understand my needs, and were very helpful in explaining the features on the car I was interested in. Very friendly, without being pushy. Dan White went the extra mile and was clear & concise in helping us process the necessary paperwork. It was honestly one of the best buying experiences of my life. Definitely enjoyed buying my car from them
Just picked up my fifth civic yesterday from Rowe’s Honda Hayle . It’s my sixth in total , the last five of which have been bought through Andy at the Hayle branch starting back in 2013. I have always found Andy to be very professional, knowledgeable about his job and nothing has ever been too much trouble in helping us change each of these cars he’s also a good giggle!. Thank you Andy for 10 years of your help.
W'ell never go this place again. We saw a car we wanted to buy, spoke to Jareth and shook hands on the deal. We agreed to complete the deal the following day. We arrived 10 mins before the time agreed only to find that they had sold the car overnight to someone on finance. Seems our cash wasn't good enough! And nor was our handshake! Since purchased a better H-RV from elsewhere! 'So all's well that ends well.'
A really positive car service experience - went in for a check engine light, they quoted me for how much the diagnosis would cost and how long it would take, then the manager and technician spent a good while discussing the results with me and going through my options. Clearly honest and skilled staff and I left feeling well looked after. Cheers Rowes!

Excellent customer service. We were in St Ives on holiday and the car needed urgent repair. They kindly squeezed a window for me next day and fixed my car. 5 stars.
Very professional service. Patience with mature customer, always willing to explain again when needed. Would recommend to others. Dan White explained clearly all details needed in buying a car and we whis to say thank you for all your help.
Well some months after buying my car at Rowes I took it to another main dealer for a safety check. Informed me that the under trays are missing. I queried this with Rowes at the time of purchase sales said that under trays definitely not fitted on this model... NOT TRUE. Lesson learned I should have known better.. very disappointed with them
It was such a pleasure doing business  with this sales manager Andy. most helpful from start to finish and happy to answer any questions did not feel under preasure at anytime . . Good ambassador for Rowe's and Honda . The day we picked the car up it was spotless and ready to go once again a big thanks to Andy and Dan.  Change over went smoothly
