This shopping centre offers a wide range of popular stores and a bright, modern layout that makes browsing enjoyable. However, the parking situation is a major drawback. Spaces are not clearly marked, signage is confusing, and it takes far too long to exit, especially during busy times. The experience is made worse by the limited number of elevators, which are scattered and often hard to locate. As a result, long queues form—frustrating for families with children, people carrying shopping bags, or those with mobility issues. These issues create unnecessary stress and really take away from what should be a pleasant outing.
Who are these people giving this restaurant 4 stars?! The food is unhygienic, they have an open kitchen that was unclean and dirty! I got a little food poisoning after eating, so I'm quite disappointed, and we went to this restaurant because of the reviews! The food isn't cooked well and doesn't have wow flavors! It's a fast-food chain of Chinese food! So, I'm not risking it again with an Asian fast-food chain!

As Christmas approaches, it’s great to be in this amazing shopping centre with the hustle and bustle of people shopping and enjoying the food at the various restaurants. There is always a great choice of shops and something for everyone, from the young infant to the elderly person. The centre is easy to navigate and has plenty of parking options.
Can't fault the facilities here. The parent and child toilets and changing area is 100%. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised to see those when taking my 8 year old boy with additional needs to the toilet after realising I'd left our radar key at home. They're so clean and maintained well. It was a really nice experience. The parking was excellent. Spaces for disabled and child and parent bays very spacious and the overall area nice and clean. Plenty of shops with huge variety. I always enjoy walking through the food court. All the different choices are wonderful. On the whole, we had another excellent shopping trip and can't fault Dewi Sant at all. I hope these standards stay the same. Many thanks.
