These lodges were absolutely beautiful and made for a fantastic 30th weekend away for my sister and her friends just outside of St Andrews. 

We booked the 6 person Priory Lodge and two of the 4 person lodges (Castle and Dukes) for 2 nights and they were perfect! Immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, lovely and warm, and equipped with all the kitchen utensils, gadgets and games you could ever need!

The views were stunning, the hot tub was particularly enticing, and the nearby play barn offered basketball, pool, darts, table tennis, table football and even a children’s play area complete with toys and haystacks!

Maggie was a fantastic hostess, welcoming us on arrival and giving us lots of tips about the area including where to visit nearby, where to eat, shop and even park in St Andrews. She is clearly passionate about ensuring her guests have a fantastic time, and nothing was too much trouble.

We all had a fantastic time, and we will definitely be back to visit these lodges again in the near future! I can not recommend them enough! Thank you Maggie! See you again soon 😊

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating my best friends hen party here. Maggie was really helpful and we had no issues at all. The Priory House & Coach Houses are beautiful and a real pleasure to stay in. Only 10mins from St Andrews so good location. I would absolutely recommend staying here for any group gatherings. I would love to come back for a family weekend in the Priory House! :) x

Maggie and John could not have been more hospitable, we couldn't have wished for anyone better, what a welcome, nothing we asked was too much trouble, their local knowledge for Golf, eating, coastal walks etc is absolutley first class.
The Coach Houses really are excellent and presented  to an extremely  high standard the attention to every detail has been thoroughly thought through,  they are spotlessly clean and luxurious in every way.   
It is just so easy to relax in such a very comfortable house. The Hot tub, BBQ, children play barn, feeding the sheep, a real life Farmer John, Maggie really has thought of everything to make your holiday the best ever!

My Wife and I were lucky enough to stay at the new Priory Lodge for a weekend and it was just perfect.  Weather was typically Scottish but even in the cold the hot tub was perfect, just heaven, and right by the kitchen for easy drinks access. 

We came by car as we don't live that far away but we needed a break from the family at home, and we love St Andrews. We were just a few minutes out of the centre of St Andrews and popped in for supper at The One Under on Sunday before going home which was great.

Peace, quiet, privacy, luxury, just perfect, highly recommended.  And thanks to Maggie for her time and attention on our arrival.
