Very happy with the service! Was looking for  Redcon total war and found it at a great cheap price on their deals of the week. Paid for standard delivery and it came super quick! Will definitely be using them again.

Appalling customer service.  I placed an order, they took my money instantly via paypal, they cancelled my order, no reason given, no apology, NO REFUND as of yet.  I contacted them via their web site, no acknowledgement, no reply. I’m now waiting for a response to a email of complaint.  Update: My order arrived today via DPD, which I am very surprised  to report as the order was canceled and I haven't heard from them since.  I've updated my rating to reflect the fact the order was completed, but I'm still not impressed with the customer service.

Use SS Healthfoods for the majority of my supplements. Cheapest around and 9/10 arrives the following day via DPD who I always trust with my deliveries.  UPDATE: I'm disappointed to lower my review from 5* to the current however, my last 2 experiences have been awful. My order in July took 8 day's to arrive as they didn't have the flavour i wanted in stock and wasn't offered an option to pick a different one like i had been many time's in the past. I was given 10% discount though which i was grateful for. However, last week i placed an order and was told it was successful and ready for dispatch to then get a follow up email saying my order had been cancelled due to not having any of the item's i wanted in stock. The website needs to be updated more often to say what is in stock and what isn't. I'll be happy to shop here in person from now on but dubious about putting in further orders online.

Went through the order process, got to the checkout, registered an account and only at that point was I informed that I can't checkout because there's a minimum order value of £10. Bit late to tell customers at the end of the process. This should have been made clear *before* you got my personal details and NOT after.

Really disappointed with this company.  I called them on the last day of expected delivery, which was around 10 days from order. They said " oh we were waiting on one thing,so we will send it out now and it will be with you in 2 days. We will also add in some samples for the inconvenience. " Came 4 days later and no samples. Had initially given 2 stars because at least the order came through, but now just tasted the cod liver oil and they sent the wrong flavour. This orange flavour is vile. So unprofessional on so many counts. My order number is 14145.

Ordered a bag of optimum nutrition from this company and paid for delivery within 3-5 days. It is almost a week later and when i track the delivery on DPD they have not even received the parcel yet, but when i track it on the SS healthfoods website, the order is apparently completed? I have emailed and called with no response and i believe i have been scammed. Dont fall for it.  Update: Finally received some sort of response, there was apparently trouble with the supply of my order? Why this is only being told to me now 9 days after i made the purchase i do not know but shocking service.

Pretty disappointed so far, placed an order on 23rd March for Now NAC, week later nothing. I called up and asked for a tracking number, and got this response. “Oh I’ve got that right in front of me” I replied what the tracking number? “No the order”. So it’s been over a week they hadn’t even put it in the post. It’s now 3rd April and still nothing.

Really impressed with these guys. They were the only place to still have weights and an Olympic bar in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic. Unlike every other place that was charging 2 or 3 times the price and taking advantage, SS health food’s prices stayed reasonable. Not only that, delivery was exceptionally quick in the circumstances. Thanks SS Health foods, will be ordering more when you have more stock.

I wouldn't even give them the one star to be honest, bought mass tech weight gainer from here it was supposed to be vanilla but tasted like effin anaseed or ginger or something rotten and they just says it's a trial and error situation when you buy these things, what so am just supposed to spend almost 40 pound on something I might and might not like if that's the case you need little testers and charge like a pound for one so people know if there going to like what they are spending a lot of money on! In my case I'm never going back appalling service you've defo lost a customer!

Great staff, really helpful and understanding. The products are at good prices and id much rather spend my money with a local retailer than a chain store.
