Been in this shop few times ! Staff doesn't help u whats so ever ! They just stand around chatting! Poor quality on clothes ! Should do lot better ! No wonder they have loads off sales on ! They are trying sell rubbish clothes ! Save the hassle go to primemark in Newcastle they sell better clothes trainers in there ! No wonder peacocks stores are closing down fast ! They sell poor quality clothes and many more stuff they sell are poor quality and expensive! This store needs get there act together if not they will go bust ! Needs a fast upgrade in peacocks! Better staff aswell drop prices down sell top quality clothes trainers everything if they don't then l can see another shop going bust or closed down in northshileds! Anyway northshileds is a dump ! Nothing there that's a 100 per cent fact !

Bought a £15 tip what I thought was size 16 staff had put a size 12 top on a size 16 coat hanger. Obviously not concentrating on job. Would not swap the top as I had no receipt staff nasty fowl manner and then assistant manager fowl manner so people boycott the shop as I am for the way I was spoke to

The manager from Peacocks North Shields a 'plump' blonde haired women with glasses is very rude to customers. She was heard swearing loudly on the shop floor about a child that was in the shop, the child was a toddler who was crying she said "I wish that f****** kid would shut up". My friend and I bought some clothes for holidays and some where not suitable, We tried them and took them back with reciept later that day and she refused to give us a refund. We went to a South Shields store and they refunded no problem! The other staff in this shop are very helpful and friendly it's just this one manager who is bringing the reputation of the store down. Management need to rectify this, she is a liability!

Unable to exchange dress for same dress as cannot find my paper receipt. Thus is outrageous, will look into my rights on this policy.

Shopping in store yesterday,  1 lady on till, must have rang bell about 6 times for more staff , couldn't fault her service and apologies.  nobody came . The place could have been ransacked by the amount of shoplifters that are about.

Bad store. Surprised it earns enough to stay open. Very messy, staff aren't trained/don't care. Constantly says there's sales but it's the same old broken or defected items that won't ever sell. It's the kind of place you go into once and then avoid.

always good prices in here compared to most other places and its really good selection for men. shop is nice and big, staff always helpful
