I don't care what others comment about this shop I can only state that since it opened apart from one occasion I have always gone there for my phone's. I have on this occasion gone in with a bit of a complex change and the girl said it was out of her knowledge so could I return the following day when there was a more experienced member of staff on duty which is fair enough at least she admitted that instead of being fobbed off. I returned today and it took over an hour to get it sorted, in my opinion they went far beyond what they needed to do for me. To top it all off the manager made me a cuppa, absolutely excellent service from the guy that sorted my phone as well, I will be advising CPW head office of what an excellent team they have in Whitley Bay
This shop is f*****g useless, i phoned twice inside an hour of each call and was left waiting for 7 mins each time only to be told " due to the high volume of calls etc " . What they don't know is i only live 5 mins away from this shop in Whitley Bay so my second call was from my mobile, i stood across the road from the shop and there was no one in apart from staff. No one answered the phone , so i went in and said i had tried to phone them and they said the phone never rang...BULLSHIT because it rang straight after they said it didn't.... BULLSHIT!!!! THIS SHOP IS A JOKE
I called this store to ask for some information about some opportunities they had available at the time. I used my mobile to contact them because I did not have the time to pop into store. I was on hold for 7mins on a mobile cost and they simply hung up on me without saying hello!
BEWARE!!! All my personal data was stolen then used to get an iPhone 6 delivered to a completley different place. Not had any help from them or network to get my works number unblocked. Tearing my hair out.
Was there yesterday to sort a problem with my phone it was sorted in ten minutes by Michael went to Eldon square for the same thing and fobbed me off Whitley bay branch the best
We can now order the new Samsung galaxy s3 phones in white on all major networks
