bought a vacuum cleaner from here a few weeks ago they told me it was an all singing and dancing appliance within weeks it broke, upon return they told me they had gone into liquidation and another company had taken over  so they could do nothing to help[ me out and that i must go to the manufacturer but insisted that everyone should have a spare vaccuum cleaner "WHY"

when speaking to the manufacturer they informed me that this model was discontinued about 6 years ago  

so i put it down to experience and slung it in the bin and headed off to argos and got a decent vacuum cleaner for a fraction of the price 

will never shop there again

We have purchased many items over the last couple of years including washing machine,fridge, oven, TV and sound system. The staff have always been very knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to do a deal or price match.
