AVOIDnSimilar story to the rest of the 1* reviews.n17 day wait for a small order with 48hour delivery terms. No reply to my refund request, terrible communication.

order placed in 08.09.2022 still not delivered to date. They messed up the payment and put my order for which I waited 1 year on hold of another month. Unprofessional and as others mentioned can not recommend collaborating with them.

Good for delivering things they have in stock but an absolute catastrophe when it comes to back orders. Multiple delays and different staff saying different things. Far more frustrating to deal with than I had expected.

First time I have used Farnell, and what a great experience it was, great prices with the super quick delivery times , I will be using these guys when ever I need anything again.

Fantastic service - the next day delivery service failed but Suzanne arranged for same day to ensure we were able to keep our job moving - what great service
