Took my phone in with a dead spot on the screen. They replaced it badly; light leaked round the edges. They took it out again and replaced it. In doing so they damaged the speaker. They removed the screen again and replaced the speaker. The new speaker was worse thanks the damaged one. They gave me the phone back and ordered a new speaker. Then the new screen shattered, possibly due to so much manhandling. They refunded my money; I threw my phone away. Give these chancers a swerve.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I'd give it minus 5 if I could. I never write reviews unless something is really bad or really good. This place is the worst service I have ever received from any shop in any country excepting a mechanic who once stole parts of my car. I'd forgive people for not being able to fix something but what these guys did was so much worse. They took screws out of my laptop which they didn't put back in, scratched the brand new casing so much I had to replace it, scratched the computer and got glue smeared on the outside. I then hounded them for weeks for replacement screws which, after many many phone calls, they said they would send me. Of course they never did. So much time and money wasted on this shop with nothing to show for it. NEVER GO HERE. I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH. YE' BE WARNED.

DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP! Absolute utter disgrace. went in to fix my phone screen and it came out in worse condition than it went in. They used super glue to fix a screw in screen and the glue damaged the phone housing and eroded the battery! Cost me £150 to fix the damage done by this store! Staff dishonest and rude! Avoid like the plague! Would give -5 rating if I could! Absolute criminals!
