First time making an order from SQ, found the staff very helpful and products were of a high standard, not to mention loads to choose from! Very happy customer, will definitely be making another order next month. Joshua

High Class Un-Professional. Went to invest time to register a trade account. 1. Emails exchanged 7. (I replied instantly and they reply, it is better not to say). 2. They should first read the email and then reply. 3. Got a guy Abdul dealing with me on phone and emails, (seriously he needs to learn to listen. and then speak ) 4. Prices, ask ask and ask, and get too many stories about 2000 items and so on, but not a straight forward answer. Well hang on... you are big, but we are dealing with companies who are having more than 2000 items in inventory. So why is it not possible to send a excel spreadsheet. No straight answer. 5. Time invested with them during NEC trade show, = total waste of time. = as they do not make noted as to who was who... etc... 6. If you want to listen how big they are and successful they are, prepare for stories and less of business conversations. The name should be changed from SQ Professional - S(eriously) Q(ualified) Unprofessional s . I have tried any other trader to save their time and effort to be invested in some other company. thank you SQ for wasting our time, and hope you learn to do business and communicate=== someday
