Experienced worst after sale service. A coupler broke down only in my chopper bought from the shop. They refuse to help me and company dont offer replacement coupler or support / guide to buy or fix/replace part from anywhere leaving me only option to throw it in a bin only as direct conversation with company representative. I didnot insist you at any point to break any UK Law as no one above law. I bought it from your appointed / supply retail shop. I lost the receipt as i was expecting high quality standard product but realise it is not. I offered you and shop also to purchase myself by paying money the broken coupler replacement part only to save my product from bin only option or refer me any place from where i can purchase this replacement part only but really disappointed as you refuse to sell replacement part needed or refer me any place from where i can purchase this part only leaving only option to BIN THE COMPLETE PRODUCT. The good branded product company always ready to help & support customer after sale for example Apple and sell replacement parts on customer demand /need rather then leaving option the product to bin only. Surely i will buy only good brands product by paying little etra cost to save myself to throw the product from bin only option due to not availability of replacement parts Thanks

I bought a Legacy toaster on Ebay & after a few months the heating elements stopped working. I contacted SQ Professional who sent me a Returns label to post it back to them. After a few weeks, I contacted SQ to check on progress & they immediately sent me a replacement toaster. Unfortunately, it was dented but they very promptly sent me another one. Barinda & Lauren were very helpful. Thank you for your help in sorting out the problem

I bought a hand mixer from a seller on Amazon nearly a year ago and until recently has not used the dough hooks. I came to use them for the first time and I quickly realised one of the dough hooks didn't fit. It was too late to go through Amazon contacted SQ customer support directly and Barinda messaged me back. Barinda could have easily said It was too late to assist or I had to go through the Amazon seller but very kindly sorted me out straight away, all I had to do was provide a receipt and I had a replacement hook a few days later. Absolutely fantastic!!
I give very few 5 STARS but the service I have received both recently and also in the past has been second to non with delivery on time quality products at very realistic prices with the most helpful of assistance with choosing the correct item to suit my needs WELL DONE Barinda Bob
