Welcome to Sprockets Cycles. Scotlands newest and biggest bespoke built independent bike shop.



"Since 2010 Sprockets Cycles have been serving all types of cyclists all over Scotland. Only 20 minutes from Glasgow, we are Ayrshire's number one bike shop and supplier of E-Bikes Electric Bikes Mountain Bikes, Gravel Bikes, Road Bikes and Kids Bikes. Another great experience with the sprocket team. Had an issue with my bike , phoned up, was told to take the bike in, was sorted on the spot. the service I've received over the last couple of years has truly been outstanding. Thanks again troops. X
Great shop, only place in the country that had my brakes in stock and was able to pick them up on same day as ordered. Staff just leave you too it but are around if needed. Everything in there was top quality as well and very competitive on price. although was only in for 10 minutes couldn't fault them at all.
Took my cube ebike up to these guys the gears were slipping they identified the problem & fixed it there service & knowledge was brilliant & very efficient great company will definetly return
On our way to Peebles my rear derailleur cable snapped. Re routed to Sprockets and they replaced the cable despite a backlog of work. A trip that could have been ruined ended up successful. Thanks so much
Fabulous sales service , so helpful answering all our questions honestly. Had a chance to try the bike . After purchase the bike was ready very quickly and I have a very happy son to say the least. Thanks again guys
Got a replacement chain, competitively priced. One of the guys attitudes isn't the best. Would return tho if needed parts
Excellent service today. Popped in with a fork needing a crown race fitting following a repaint. In spite of a massive backlog post a Covid outage in the shop, they were able to put the crown race on for me. Which was great as I still have to build the bike ready for a race on may-8. Excellent job in a tough situation by them. As always, they make it happen. Not the first time I've arrived with an urgent repair and had it turned around immediately. Great shop.
Was doing a Glasgow to Ayr runout today. By Newton Mearns realised I wasn't getting first gear. By pure chance spotted this place and decided to see if they could help me out shirt notice. Needless to say, the guys helped me and also made me aware of an issue with my derailleur hanger too which will hopefully let me get it fixed before it becomes an issue.
To Kenny and the team, really pleased with my bicycle and the subsequent aftercare and attention to detail. The guys are flat out with work this summer yet still managed to help me and i'll certainly look to buy my next bicycle from there. Many thanks for the great service..
Ordered and collected a bike from Sprockets and the whole process was swift, hassle free and a real pleasure. Bike was ready when promised, handover was proficient, professional and really friendly. Wholly recommended and well worth the trip.
