Has a great selection of camping and other things related to being outdoors and survival. Never actually been inside the shop, only ever bought online, the website and ordering process are really easy and if you have any problems the staff are at hand to fix it,if they can. Bought from here a good few times and never had a complaint. Well done.
Paid a premium for next day delivery but order arrived over a week later missing Christmas. I contacted customer service who point blank refused to do anything about it stating they had warnings on their website about delays. I asked them why they continued to accept customers payments for a next day service when they won't guarantee this and they blamed it on me for choosing this option. Their initial response to my first email didn't even contain an apology. I asked for my complaint to be escalated and again their reply was that it was my own fault for choosing this deliver option at such a busy time of year. They seem very happy to pocket customers hard earned money for a next day deliver option and yet, not provide this service. It cost me £7.00 to have my very small parcel/order delivered over a week later. I would absolutely not recommend using this company. I rate their customer service as ZERO!!
Although the shop has closed due to Covid causing lack of footfall, they keep the shop as a storehouse and continue successfully online. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and quick in sorting you out. The products are as good as ever. Long may they continue!
Read down and you'll see most recent reviews for past year have been 1 or 2 stars. Their 4.5 overall rating is from years ago when they were good. I ordered an item on next day delivery and they didn't bother telling me it was out of stock. They were just going to post it out a week later. Never once offered to refund my next day delivery charge! If you read down you'll see that's how they have been for some time now. Google should really adjust average ratings to show past year, not their entire history so you can tell when a firm is going downhill and should probably be avoided.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy from this place. The whole point of them is delivering a working crossbow considering they sell crossbows and they cannot seem to provide a basic service as such. Do not buy from Springfields.co.uk I would never recommend this place to anyone. It has been nothing but a nightmare. Just disgraceful and disgusting service all around.
Ordered a tool on Monday morning and paid for 3-4day delivery, had a message with them trying to deliver that afternoon. I had to rearrange because I was at work but you honestly beat that for service. I've ordered from Springfield's a few times, good quality items, good prices, would 100% recommend.
I’ve used to by blades which are okay I guess. I wanted a recurve bow but mistakenly bought a simple compound bow in a recurve style it’s not what I want and the instructions are pretty useless I got a pack of five arrows and I had one of my own arrows sadly this bow has destroyed two arrows already I made a bow out of the Yewtree and made arrows out of bamboo sticks and I didn’t have any problems like this I’ve spent £100 on a cheap toy which is just breaking the accessories that came with it very disappointed bit confused some help some feedback a refund something would be nice
I received my first order from Springfield's today and I am very happy with it. Their website has a great selection and the prices are very competitive. My order arrived very quickly and was in great condition. I will definitely be ordering again and I would recommend their site to people looking for great service and a wide selection of items at great prices.
If you charge me for 24 hours delivery then this is something I expect to get. If you unable to guarantee the service for whatever reason then don't sell it. It makes big difference to me.
Good range of products at fair prices and excellent customer service. Will definitely buy from Springfields again. Highly recommended.
