We bought a washing machine and a bed from BHF home and electrical 10 days ago and had nothing but problems. First, when we received the washing machine it didn't come with an in-feed pipe and they told us they don't come with in-feed pipes from BHF. But okay we went out to buy one and problem sorted. Next we tried to assemble the flat pack bed, we couldn't work out why it was so difficult and then we realised that they had sent us half of one design of bed and half of another, so that had to be corrected. To top it off 4 days later the washing machine has broken down, i called to get it collected and was firstly told they will come to collect it between 9-6, i explained i have this thing called a job and cannot call in sick to work merely for a washing machine collection so they said it will be here before 13.15. They didn't turn up! I called this morning, they came to pick it up and i have just been told on the phone i have to wait until monday to get a refund as they can only refund to the card that it was purchased with unless they get authorization from head office. I understand that BHF is a charity and that is why i shopped there, however if im honest, after my experience with BHF i can safely say i will never shop there again!
