FALSE ADVERTISING, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & STAFF ARE RUDE AND HAVE DISCUSTING ATTITUDES AND WILL ALSO TRY TO RIP YOU OFF THIS STORE ADVERTISES AT LOWER PRICES BUT THEN TRIES TO CHARGE MORE AT THE TILL HOPING THAT YOU WON'T NOTICE. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE PRICE I WAS TOLD THAT THE TAGS WRONG AND BASICALLY ACCUSED OF SWAPPING THE TAGS. I WAS MADE TO FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL BY THE VERY RUDE STAFF AT THIS STORE. IN THE END I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE STUFF AND WENT ELSEWHERE. WILL NEVER BE USING THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER QUIZ STORE AGAIN. ONLINE CUTOMER SERVICE WAS ALSO SHOCKING TOO WHEN I COMPLAINED TO HEAD OFFICE THEY BASICALLY DIDN'T CARE. I AM NOW TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH TRADING STANDARDS
