Had a quick hot chocolate and some food here,  tried the new ( at the time!)  spicy lentil soup and orange hot chocolate!  Very impressed by the orange hot chocolate you could really taste the orange and it's tang! Happy with the spicy lentil soup!  Tasted wholesome, but not very on the spicy side. Staff friendly, I am surprised Burton's branch is rather small comparative to other stores!  But it does fit everything you need,  restaurant was rather comfortable to sit in and rather clean

service is terribly slow. this seems to apply to all M & S stores. Thet are living in the past when it comes to getting customers served quickly . despite passing comments to local management there does not seem to be any improvement

This place is an actual swiz. Take two products. Sausage and eggs. They are exactly the same as the Sainsburys own brand except the colour of the packaging. From the same farm, same lables, same font etc. And the charge £1 each more!!! Rip off Britain

The staff are good, but there is not much of a selection of clothes in the menswear department.
