It's great that Springfield has a library when so many across the country are closing. You can order a book here if they don't have it in stock. Great selection of kids books. The staff are very friendly. All volunteers I believe. Please use it or we will lose it!
It’s a lovely library and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is run by unpaid volunteers and the library are always grateful when somebody else makes an application to join the team.
Very friendly environment. I wanted to put a poster on the notice board, regarding 'Open Gardens Springfield" they duly looked at it,hence it is now posted. Thankyou
Good array of books and study areas. Small opening hours so check website before you go. Onsite coffee shop as well.
The set up itself is good, but so noisy, everyone including the people who runs it were so noisy and chatting loudly, if you want somewhere quiet, don't go there.
Good for facilities, but beware that it shuts earlier than advertised. I arrived 5 minutes before it was due to close and it was already closed!!! Spoke to other people and they have had similar experience. Not happy.
This library is most annoying as it isn't open on a Wednesday !!!! Also very restrictive opening times. Why bother having a brand-new library when you can't access it.
