I prefer this library better at least you can grab a seat and sit down and much quieter not like the one in Chelmsford it's just awful and the nice lady was accommodating gave us a seat just to sit somewhere when it was clearly packed full of you ng students using the area

A bit of a late review but when I came in to collect my library card after registering online one staff was quite rude kept asking 'where's your old card then?' 'Why do you need a new one?' with an annoyed face despite me trying to explain that I had just moved there and it's my first card then he told another staff to deal with me... was glad I wasn't the only one who though the member was a jobsworth.. not planning on coming back

This library is very cold to sit and study in and people openly chat in the study areas. I am studying for an exam and came here for quietness but ended up being too distracted. Nothing is done about the constant chatter.

Wanted to order a book, the gentleman library showed me how to do thus on line. Very helpful
