Great spot with off street parking. Room was outstanding, walking distance to excellent restaurants. Breakfast was continental and comprehensive, with friendly service. Stayed here on our NC500 trip, perfect spot to stay.Rooms: 5/5
Immaculately clean. Comfy beds, beautiful furnished and lovely host. The breakfast was great - a nice change from fry up - easily the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The area is what it is.. at the end of the day, you book where you book? Value for money - overall great stay.
Generous sized bedrooms with ensuites. Lovely warm accomodation . Good continental breakfast . Walkability: Short walk to town and resturants.
The room was large and comfortable but there were some disappointments. The stay was unattended. There was only continental breakfast which was OK but we felt not really value for money. This would be a great stay for workers but we wouldn't go back I'm afraid.
Room was very spacious with an extra large window to the front of the B&B. Comfy bed and power shower. Easy parking. Easy walk into the town for dinner we went to Platform 1864. Very generous continental breakfast delivered to the room.Rooms: 5/5
It was fine. Experience was marred by a cold shower on arrival, I suspect as quite a few people arrived at once so perhaps the water system couldn't cope. If it wasn't for this the rating would be 4 star, the room was nice.
Lovely, elegantly furnished place. Room huge with the most comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Felt very luxurious. If the clouds hadn't been low there would be have been a great view. Breakfast was a beautiful spread of breads, pastries, fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereals. Would highly recommend for the money.
Lovely big old house. My room was spacious and very clean with high ceilings. Impressive bathroom with water pressure out of this world. Their covid arrangement was very well thought out and worked well. Lovely breakfast, I really can’t fault this place.
Cozy and clean guest house - recently renovated, so it is modern. No fridge in the room. Breakfast is really good! Personnel a little stressed over booking and payments, but nice. High prices, but the area doesn't offer much. Still, we had a lovely and comfy stay.
Disappointing. A Guest House on the outskirts of Train with good sea views from rooms at the front of the house. Comfortable good sized Bedroom and Bathroom, clean, all good so far... We were asked to pay upon arrival. This was not said when we booked. Breakfast was continental only. Again not informed of this at time of booking. Owners were not resident. We were given a mobile number if there were any issues. The Tasimo coffee machine did not work. There were no bottled waters in the fridge as indicated. Items not really worth ringing the owner for. Breakfast was held around a large dining table. Uncomfortable for some guests.
