Lovely room, reasonable price. Close proximity to the town where there are plenty eateries (I recommend Platform 1864) and also Glenmorangie Distillery. 

Breakfast was decent also.

Great location with beautify view, nice room, wonderful breakfast (we didn't need lunch that day) and very friendly hosts.

Great B&B to stay.

Situated near the Glenmorangie distillery, this is a good b&b with a good breakfast. Beds are excellent. 
Hosts are friendly if a bit reserved.

We called at Dunbius to enquire about a room. How lucky we were when one was available. We are both very fussy as we did B and B ourselves before retiring so know what we are looking for. Dunbius was super and shall stay there again when visiting our relatives.
