Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service was excellent: after testing a keyboard for a few days and not being fully happy with it, I was able to return it easily with no questions asked just as advertised in the Returns policy. Would recommend!
Made contact, asked about opening times, was told the shop would be open until 5pm, got there at 4pm and the place looked open, lights on roller shutters up but all the doors locked. Nobody answering the phone. What a waste of petrol. Better using Scan Computers at Bolton.
Great service, big selection of goods! It was one of the very few shops that had a keyboard I wanted in the ISO layout and only one of the two in the ISO UK layout. The other shop didn't want to ship internationally but Spot On Computers agreed to ship it. Paid with PayPal, the parcel was sent on the same day. It was packaged very well too, which is important for international shipping.
Seems to be a good place, lovely people who want to help, I ordered and item and unfortunately it turned up in the wrong colour, normally this wouldn't be an issue however this time with Christmas and new years I have no money to send the item back and with being in high risk even if I could, I'm not allowed out of my house. It is what it is, they seem like a great company but don't be too surprised if something, rarely, slips through the cracks. They offered to replace the item if I sent it but again, there's no viable way for me to do that.
Really great place, called me up to make sure my address was correct as It doesn't come up on default maps. Really nice to have somewhere that goes beyond my normal expectations of customer service and makes sure everything is perfect. Keyboard is fantastic as well, great stock on their website will definitely order again
Excellent customer service, was about to throw my laptop away but was told go to Spoton Computers they might be able to revive the laptop. At first was not to confident about it but took my chances. Spoke to a chap called Zain he was very polite and told me give us 24 hours to diagnose the fault and the technician will give you a call with fault and cost of repair. Next day got a call from the technician called Lewis again very polite and informative, was told a fault on the motherboard which needs a component level repair with the parts and labour £65. I was very surprised and within 3 day I got my laptop and I was very delighted. I am actually writing this review from the repaired laptop LOL. Thumb UP to you guys been great and brilliant service. In this climate you have saved me a bob and would definitely recommend to everyone
Had a problem with my displays not working, spent 10 days trying to sort it myself. Staff were brilliant and friendly, down to Earth. Nice shop with some good looking cases inside, reasonable priced stuff.
