Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to pay. Completely ignored by staff member and volunteer. Staff member finally walked away. Volunteer then started to clear the cluttered counter of several items and putting things in drawers before finally ringing through my items whilst repeatedly yawning in the process. No interaction with me at all. Rude in ths extreme.
Took donations to this shop , staff member was so rude because I was not gift aiding . Got third degree interagation on why I wasn't, never been spoken to like that ever!!..
I've found many bargains in here and have always been served by warm staff and volunteers. Lovely shop :
