I got my hearing aid here. the test was in a very small room up stairs. it was a mess with clutter everywhere. the staff were nice but it felt like I was seen in a broom cupboard.

My recent experience at Specsavers St Austell was excellent from the start. I was greeted by a smiling and friendly receptionist who very efficiently went through the registration process and then did my visual field checks and took retinal photographs. This was followed by a thorough eye test by the equally friendly optician and then again by a charming young lady who dealt with the fitting of new frames. Every time I attend there seems to be a new piece of technology, this time used by the dispenser for the positioning of lenses. Although it is clearly a busy practice there is plenty of staff, all of whom are polite, friendly and competant which gives confidence. I am very happy to recommend the Practice.

Pushy sales team who tried to sell me hideous frames. Great opticians but don't be drawn into the heavy sales talk - quite manipulative in trying to sell you the most expensive frames
