The old snatchbox behind the till dropped my change in to my hand from a distance. Very unfriendly . I guess staff have illusions of grandeur bout themselves cause they work at m&s. Shocking behaviour

Staff in general are very helpful and friendly. The food section has good verity for such a small store. Unfortunately for me I usually  only get to call is after work so some of the things I'd like to buy eg smoked mackerel are always missing from the shelf. The reason I only give three stars is no matter what time of day you go you always have to queue a long time at the till and the bad layout always means you are in the way of other shoppers. I don't like going after work due to the extremely rude bunch of people who shamelessly barge into you and follow staff around in order to get reduced items. Don't get me wrong I'm on a budget but that doesn't mean I have to act in such a manor! M&S please gather all this reduced stuff up and dump it in one fridge like supermarkets do so I don't have to cross paths or be associated with such scum!

Small M&S with most of the essentials. We'll stocked and clean. Small tills which can't always manage when it gets busy.
