Watched a queue of 4 customers. Not once did either of the shop staff serving say please or thank you. When a customer said 'Thank You', the reply was, 'No worries'. They were beyond bored without an ounce of customer service. Not a nice experience.

I was served by a charming & knowledgeable manager and an equally charming lady on the till.  Well done to both and a credit to Sports Direct.nnWeymouth branch

Bought sneakers.  Everything is fine.  But why are the doors open in the store in winter and it's cold inside?  Trying on something is not very comfortable.
