As a visitor to Weymouth I was pleased that the town had M&S sadly it was not a nice store unlike most branches. After having lunch in the cafe I decided to use the cloakroom facilites it was disgusting the toilet looked as if had not been cleaned for sometime and the doors and skirting were filthy, my husband had the same bad experience in the gents, one cubicle had no door. I really think management should take a look at these disgusting facilities
Saw the posies by the tills..nLoved some of the colours especially this time if year.nI give flowers as an apology most if the time.nFive too the landlady if the pub across the road.nAnd took a wander around the gents department .nLooking for better thermal long John's and better thermal gloves than the ones I brought the day before from mountain warehouse.nSaw the top,which I took a shine too.nCould see myself wearing it.nAll this while waiting to go and have my very first tattoo..nBut never got because I was telling the tattooist what I wanted..nAnd he was telling me.what he thought I wanted !!nFor £200,for five small bats...nI told him in no uncertain terms ..nToo take a hike..!nAnd was ejected from his parlour .nBut I digress.nThe top and posies were pleasing too the eye.nIn M & S.nBoth of which..nI could do with now.nAs usual..nI've upset a few.nAnd my own clothes are covered with white hairs from,my beloved cat...xnStan Lee....nNamed after the genius,who drew the marvel comics.nMy own father was a technical drawer,whom I'm very proud off.nHe worked for the top secret weapons establishment,on the very top of Portland.nWhich was in the middle of a housing estate..!!
M&S always supplies superb food. Bargains are available, but it is always good value, because you can be sure of getting great produce.
I would like to thank Jack and Polly, two young members of staff at the weymouth store for helping my elderly mother when she lost her purse in the store. She was very worried and upset but they both acted with kindness and professionalism in locating her purse. Thank you
Used to think the Weymouth branch was a good store, but recently they always seem to be out of things. Whoever is in charge of stock should be sacked. Couldn't even get a jar of ordinary marmalade, they of course had ordered more supplies of the expensive marmalade.
