Love a wander round debenhams, the make up counter is really good with friendly staff, clearance is definitely worth looking for as you can pick up some great bargains. I've not tired the new restaurant but it looks lovely and the Costa on the ground floor is brilliant very friendly staff, clean facilities and top quality Costa drinks, can be very busy but usually there are seats and the queue can be a little long midday but the staff are very fast and get through everyone quickly

The customer service from the makeup department is shocking. I've had so many bad and awkward experiences here it's put me off shopping there entirely. The rest of the centre is fine, just steer clear of the rude, condescending makeup department.

Came here to escape the rain and grab a bite to eat. Didn't realise what an amazing view it had of the marina up in the restaurant!! Staff were friendly and service was very good but coffee was a let down (which for a coffee addict like myself is the end of the world)

A smaller Debenhams, doesn't really cater for my taste. Costa Coffee available which increases the star rating for me. If you like Debenhams, then you'll like this one.

A good sized store with a lot of friendly staff, they offer loads of different designer brands and the prices are fairly reasonable. You would be surprised how much stuff they offer.
