Went in to this store to pick up a pair of trainers for my daughter. Livingston store were helpful to call and reserve them for me. Once I arrived I sked a sales person called mark where to go to collect them, he said abruptly. " company policy is we don't reserve!" I tried to explain that Livingston called . He persisted to talk over me about "company policy" when I said to him your talking over me explaining , his reply was "no I wasn't but I am now!" Extremely rude and n called for. I asked another colleague if I could speak to the manager. He came along and was very helpful. But overall experience was terrible. I will think twice about shopping in this store from now on. There are other places to shop that aren't rude or abrupt.

Went back to the Falkirk store to exchange a gift I had bought for a bigger size, but they didn't have what I wanted. I was first of all told I could have a refund, then another member of staff came along and said that because there wasn't anything wrong with it I couldn't have a refund, that it would have to be an exchange or a credit note. I new I probably wouldn't use a credit note, so had to end up exchanging it for something I didn't really need or want. Not a nice way to treat a customer! Also the staff need to learn to be a bit more pleasant with the customers!

I went in to buy boots for my child that I couldn't find elsewhere. I approached the main desk to ask for the size I needed. The sales assistant was helpful and radioed for a colleague to help as she had to stay on the till. The colleague came and immediately addressed me (the customer) in an accusatory tone " there's about six y us over in shoes " I presume she meant I should not have approached the desk with my query? There then followed more terrible service and 'back chat'. If I could have found the boots elsewhere then I would have left the shop as soon as she opened her mouth! 'Michelle', your customer service is awful.
