Was told we could buy a number of shoes in one branch and get a exchange or refund on the ones my don didn’t want as it was a present from a family member in Wales. Took shoes back here and were given the usual computer says no logic. Extremely poor service from everyone involved. Including the manager leaving me and my son wait ages!

Manger just standing watching insed og helping her rushed off feet staff and lassie standing about give tickets when shop very busy people buyin school shoes waited about an hour to be served ! No a nice experience

We loved visiting the store today for my son's first pair of shoes after he learned to walk in the last week. He is a little on the small side, but the staff were very patient and knowledgeable enough to find a pair that he was comfortable enough and fit. I loved the extra touch of a photograph and first shoe-fit kit. It's given us a little something to remember his first shoe fitting day with some beautifully well made shoes that are well fit.
