Two days ago they sold my 13 year old daughter a £33 pair of football boots (despite her asking for their cheapest (£13 and in stock, as I checked) and explaining that she'd only need them for four school football PE lessons), promised they'd refund her if they weren't right as she was worried about spending so much. She said ok and put them on her debit card. I took them back this morning, they would only issue a credit note that she/we won't use. Male shop assistant told me (when I said although I understood their refund policy, a 13 year old girl was told she'd be able to get a refund, and other shops do it) 'that's why they're going bust and Sports Direct aren't'.... great response...! So all those high street stores that do it, department stores etc. are, according to him 'going bust' and 'going bust because they do refunds back to cards'.... Terrible attitude and pathetic responses. Never ever again.

Sports direct stores like to display as much stock possible on the shop floors and with this store not having a big space it feels very cramped in the downstairs clothing section of the store while trying to walk about, it sells a large selection of footwear/clothing/ hats/ bags/ sports equipment, car park above the premises if required.
