Very helpful staff, just need more of them so they can effectively deal with all the customers that need help with trainers and things. Good prices too. I got a shoe protector spray though and the spray nozzle doesn't work and now I have to go to all the effort to go back into town just to exchange it.
Three times I called the phone number listed and I got a message, “this persons phone is unavailable”. That is ridiculous. I wanted to find out if they stocked what I’m looking for, so I don’t have to waste a trip. Their store in Horsham had no indoor football boots.
Such a pleasure to shop at Crawley Sports Direct. The staff are helpful, pleasant and cheerful, unlike Horsham where the staff, when you can find one, are quite the opposite.
There where no staff, one man who was very helpful was servicing us and 2 other people and trying to put stock out. There where 2 other members of staff down stairs. Good shop lots of stuff for sale but no staff.
Paul that works on the shoes is amazing! Been in several times to get shoes for my kids and he is so helpful and goes out of his way to make recommendations. Working with the public can't be easy but he never seems to be stressed even with several people waiting please get him into management or give him a pay rise! lovely chap.
Been always going in to check their sale items,quality of goods are better than other stores. The Staff in Crawley are helpful
A good place to buy reasonably priced football boots. Customer service, on the other hand is appalling. We've been there to buy boots shortly after the store opens in the morning, during peak times and a couple of hours before it's due to close. There appears to be lack of staff. We stand around waiting and looking for help and in the meantime the parking duration on the car is ticking. In all the years that we have been visiting this store, I have never seen an assistant readily and waiting to help. PLEASE EMPLOY MORE STAFF.
Mid day Wednesday and you have ONE teller on duty!!!!!! Been queuing now for 15 mins. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
Absolute terrible place brought a pair of Adidas trainers which lasted 2 days as the left boot collapsed which cuts into your foot when walking and the store point blank refused to do an exchange so avoid this dump at all costs the customer service is also terrible Will never shop here again.
Huge variety of shoes. I works in care and do 12 hour shifts, PAUL helped me to find the best shoes in the shop. I really appreciate that. The store was really busy and he managed all customers really well. I would like to thank him.
