I travel 40 minuets to get to this restaurant on a regular basis. My mum, who is 83, loves going here, and she has tasted a lot of fish and chips in her time! Don’t understand the negative reviews. Best fish and chips ever. Ok, maybe a bit pricey. But as we know, we get what we pay for. Regularly see bikers from the midlands here. Would anyone travel that far for food that’s not great? Don’t think so! As for reviews regarding unfriendly staff. I think you are reviewing a different experience? My mum doesn’t have a huge appetite now and the staff at the Spinaker always point out the best/cheapest way to order their food. Can’t say anything more.

Depends what you order. Generally expensive even for being in a tourist hot spot. Paid nearly £5 for a sandwich with 1 sausage, 1 rasher of bacon and 1 has brown. Hot chocolate was nice. Fish and chips were apparently very good. It's a nice place to sit outside as there is a veranda and it is located in the busiest part of betws y coed.

Food is prepared freshly for you. Good selection for adults and children. Gets very busy. Nice view of the train station from the back room.

Overpriced poor quality food and service. Stingy portion sizes. Go to the pub across the field instead.
