You get great portions and the staff are ultra friendly. Sadly that’s where it ends. The veg tastes like frozen veg in the dishes and the beef tastes like it’s been boiled. Chicken also has a dodgy flavour. I don’t know what the locals eat here but avoid this place at all costs. Even my dog wouldn’t eat the beef and that’s saying something.
Best Chinese we've ever had. Visiting on holiday, we like to try the local Chinese. Parked in co-op, cash only so got some out at Co-op on the way down. The lady behind the counter was possibly the nicest person we've ever met, so lovely. Service was 10/10, cooking time was insanely fast to say there was a fair few customers in and out. Food stayed hot, portions were huge, we had loads left over in the tubs. Easily could feed 3/4. £25 in total.nWe had the sweet and sour chicken strips 15 stir fried shredded beef in OK sauce 18 chicken and vegetable chow mein 85 then rice, chips and curry sauce added on. The chips were the best we've had from anywhere, not just chinese takeaways.
On holiday here with my family from Leeds and chose this takeaway as it was local, very pleased with the menu choices and the food was some of the best we've tasted, delicious and full of flavour, would highly recommend. Girls who work in the shop are lovely and very welcoming too
We got a takeaway whilst on holiday in Betws Y Coed and it was one of the best chinese takeaways we’ve had. Really impressed with the food and service. When we rang, it went to answerphone but they rang us straight back, they double checked our order was right and then food was ready at the time they said it would be and was just lovely.nWill come again when we next visit.
Very good Chinese food.nLovely helpful host who helped.nWas accepting cash-only when I visited but cash points within 200 steps so not much of an inconvenience. Would go back again and again!
