I only go for emergencies. A lot of empty shops but such a lot of rubbish... It's slowly declined over the past 10 years.
The Spindles has lost the majority of it’s shops in the past few years. There are still a few clothes shops including River Island and Next. Waterstones and the Works are great for bookworms. There’s a couple of places to eat and B&M is worth a visit for bargains. There is a Costa but Rhode Island is our go to, their entire range is really nice and we love the atmosphere. It’s not worth travelling in for anymore but if we’re in the area we always visit.
Perfect place to see all famous shops,built beautifully,some places still empty,business growth according to inflow of customers during festive times more than 50 percent.
Constant issues with lifts and escalators, limited number of good shops due to high rent, lack of security to deal with the local dregs and teenagers. Carpark company tied to this place is a pain too. Works that seem to be going on forever instead of the initial allocated time. Not enough police presence for a shopping centre in such a low level town.
Still pretty good. Use to be alot better. Cheap carpark as well. Wish there was more shops open inside
