Excellent fries,, decent coffee, quick service no 15+ minute wait due to delivery drivers. Loses marks on value £4.98 is expensive for a coffee and fries and no paper in toilets.Food: 4/5

I'm thankful for this place as it's about the only BK anywhere near me, and it's also a drive-through. In numerous visits the staff have always appeared courteous and pleasant,  though there was the time that they basically forgot to check the drive thru queue and left us and others waiting for some time. I don't appreciate the lack of drink options, with nothing for anyone who wants anything not sugar free, and they seemingly never have milkshakes. BK is my favourite fast food taste so it's worth the effort to drive 4 miles on occasion.

This used to be an amazing place but now it's dead. Cold and unwelcoming. It's OK having all the fancy decor but it awful. Chips served cold so had to return them for more. Tables needed wiping and considering it was dead and staff weren't doing anything this wasn't done. Bad service in that respect. Come on gang get that buzz back. Employ kids with personality!!!

Went for mother's day to order inside and take home. Considering the amount of food we ordered they prepared it from scratch quite quickly! We used the touch screens to order. The food was delicious!!!  Vegetarian options: Vegan burgers and bites are available. Vegan cheese is also used on the vegan options.

Friends night out almost ruined causing stress for the hosts over not sending my meal with the group order. When called Burger King staff blamed the Uber driver for stealing it while the packaging was fully sealed and untampered with.  Uber refunded the meal that was missing and we had to reorder. Funnily it was sent almost instantly as if they forgot to send it.  Poor service, food was decent but don't think I'll be using them again soon

All you expect from a burger king.. the fiod is good. clean tables and chairs but the menu screens could look cleaner and the entry doors need a good wipe down.. only comes to a head when the gents toilets have not had a good clean for months with the dirt build up in the urinals.. the toilet was  I'd add photos but really agrived to write or post anything bad about places..

Massively understaffed, I don't blame those working there but they appeared to be completely out of their depth. Waited almost 15 minutes for burger and chips, certainly not fast food.Food: 3/5

Very disappointed with my visits today. Usually the food is good and fresh but we always take it home. When I got home the chicken burger I bit into was rock solid. I could bang the "chicken" on the table and it was like rock. It was rock hard and the chicken didn't even look like chicken.  It simply tasted and looked like just bread crumbs mushed together. Very disappointed. Was waiting in a line for 30 minutes as there was only 4 staff working and it was  very busy too and then this is the result.

i had a bad experience using deliveroo and i rang up burger king and the manager kathleen went above and beyond helping me with getting my new order sorted and ringing up deliveroo for me on my behalf. what a lovely manager this branch has she was very helpful and polite, thankyou so much.

The most disgraceful experience of burger King in the UK . Comparing with the experience we had in Belgium. Food old and dry,dirty trays, tables haven't been cleaned for ages. Staff not friendly and looked overworked. The dining earea was left with food everywhere on the floor and tables. Fries were cold,cheese on the burger was rubbery . Never again,and half of the menu wasn't available.
