This is my first time ordering food as I was recommended by a friend who used to go when Franca’s was in the Market Hall and had memories of how good the food was. The people were friendly but the food was extremely disappointing. I don’t know what kind of mozzarella cheese they use but it isn’t one that I have ever come across before .. it is that rubbery you could remould your tyres with it and they would last 100k miles … believe !!!!!! I am not sad to say I will definitely not be visiting again.
Excellent, absolutely top quality authentic Italian food. We had 2 pizzas and a pasta and It was magnificent. We have been a few times & certainly will be visiting more often 10/10Food: 5/5
Mother Day made extra special by Franca's! Had a lovely meal of fresh , delicious pizza , garlic bread ,wedges and pasta. Always a treat , wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Franca's .
Worst Italian I've EVER eaten , first time eating from here and we will NEVER be eating from Franca's again!!.. Ordered two pasta dishes , my partner asked for a " Chicken Arrabbiata" never got what he asked for the chicken wasn't even chunks of chicken god knows what dish they had given him??? , the lady on the phone was stupid didn't understand a pasta dish - Chicken Arrabbiata that's all I asked for a chicken Arrabbiata and she was so confused as to what I asked for as it wasn't clearly written properly on the Menu , I said myself it's a spicy dish , no spice in the dish and sprinkles of chicken what's that !!?... The garlic breaded mushrooms weren't even breaded , absolutely shocking for the price of £6 just plain mushrooms with garlic oil not advertised well at all , was my birthday meal treat , ruined and wasn't worth the money of £27 so thank you for the rubbish food and service...The woman taking over the phone orders was absolutely CLUELESS very disappointed.
Overpriced pizza was greasy topping falls off I'd rather go to dominos not worth £15 odd garlic mushroom was shocking no bread crumbs on them just garlic butter not worth going here I won't be Parking: No location
Franca's is second to none! Fresh, quality ingredients, with a great range of goods for sale as well, to enable great results at home, using Franca's recipe's. Exceptionally clean, with fast, efficient, and friendly staff. It's no surprise that customers return again and again, once they find this fantastic place for all things Italian!
Terrific food. Every time. The meatballs in particular are delicious. But to be fair it all is. And the ‘collect a stamp’ card is a great add on. Lovely people also. Go.
Definitely different to any other takeaway you can get around Bolton, genuine pizza, not just grease! Staff were great too as I was 30p short and didn't have my card so they let me off. Excited to return and try the rest of the menu.
Went to Francas tonight and without doubt this has to be the best pizzas and garlic bread i have tasted for years and i will without doubt trying their ampel menu over the coming weeks so anyone who likes pizzas please do yourself a favour and give francas a try
The best Italian food I’ve eaten! Pizza was amazing and so was the pasta. It was made super fresh as well and quite quickly - all at a really reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. It’s a really friendly atmosphere and one of the best experiences I’ve had with any take out or restaurant.
