I have had a system installed in 2 bedrooms and lounge, after much complication during the installation, which has nor been used since installed last year. Went to use it about 3 weeks ago and found that it heated the rooms not cooled them. Phoned service department and was told someone would phone me back. 3 days later no call so I called again. This time I was told the 2 service engineers were on holiday and would be back the following week when I would be called to arrange a service visit . 2 weeks later , no call. I'm about to try once again. Wish me luck. It would seem if you want service DON'T USE SHERETEC.

Spheretech installed our office air con. Works a treat.
