Awful experience, taxi driver took first few people of our group then decided to cancel the job! Left many people stranded in middle of nowhere including elderly people! No respect for their customers! I advise to NOT use this company, over priced and awful service

I first used this company on Saturday with 8 friends and kids to Hyde park and I have to say the coach driver John was one of the nicest gents. He was pleasant, cheerful and basically such a nice guy. It definetly made a difference to our journey and I also thought the office staff taking the bookings were very helpful and friendly "Super Service" I will definetly use this company again and recommend SMS to my friends.

SMS have collected and delivered me for 15 consecutive days. The cars are kept clean and are quite new. The drivers were always on time, all have been kind and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SMS, they looked after me extremely well.

Left me hanging for 2 hours in the dark at 2am. Thank you very much SMS a crappy finish to a brilliant night. After saying you would be 2-3 minutes and then Not answering the phone, I thank you
