Used to be good. Now taxi service around. Drivers won’t wait even 1 minute for you. Charges have increased and drivers purposely take longer route to charge more especially when paying by card

Used them quite often until I noticed that some drivers turn off the meter (or lock the screen of the phone) a few minutes before arriving to the destination and telling me much higher cost. Normally it takes me £6 to get to the place but was told to pay £8 and £9 a few times with that "trick". Won't use again. ***** EDIT **** Moreover although you send texts saying all your drivers accept card payments they don't. Or at least they don't want to. They take you to the nearest cash machine (obviously not for free) so you can withdraw it and pay. Probably for tax avoidance sake. What a shame!

No issues with the service but it is a joke that they advertise that you can pay by card. Every one of the drivers I have had since this came into play has an excuse for not wanting to take card i.e the network is updating (the taxi driver I had 20 mintues later told me this was a lie) or that they have not got the card machine. The drivers pressure you into paying with cash.

Con artist.. I left my phone in taxi he then tried to blackmail me out of £30 to get it back!! I spoke to management they told him he was entitled to £5 so he dropped it at my work yard (I was on site) he then pressured a female colleague into paying £10 by saying I was not getting my phone back for £5 scandalous!! Making her open the safe to get £5 more out the safe as she is intimidated.. avoid at all costs

After reading reviews I thought I'd say how impressed I was today - thick snow & ridiculous road conditions and taxi arrived on time and no excess charged for bad weather. Impressed!!
