Collected us at 3.30 in the morning to take us to the airport. Arrived on time, helpful driver.
They texted me as I arrived back in the UK and said they would text me again when the driver was outside. Prompt service and once again a  good driver, will use them every time from now on.

Used these guys 1-2 times a week for over a year without problem. However today I booked a taxi and was told 20 mins. After which I called every 5 mins and was told "the driver will call you" or "our systems are down". After an hour left standing in the cold I was finally told that the driver would not be there for another half an hour. At which point I cancelled, called skyline and had a cab in 15 mins. I was a loyal customer that these clowns threw away by dishonest behaviour and amateur customer service. Spend about £500 a year with these guys: no longer. Appalling treatment of a loyal customer.

Terrible timing! I ordered a taxi and when it didn't turn up 10 mins later than the time expected I called and was told that my driver hadn't finished a drop off in the area yet and would be at least another 10 mins. So I missed my train. Would just be good if they were honest in the first place so that I could have made other arrangements in sufficient time.
