Unreliable and will cancel your pre-booking without cause. Avoid at all costs.
Booked this company to pick us up and do the same return journey over a week b4 we needed them. All was confirmed and a price was agreed via their "chat" booking service. We were picked up promptly and was told where to wait for our return journey. Time came for our return pick up at told destination, we had no call no txt to say they were coming. Nothing. Another family had made similar arrangements and they were also left without a return journey. This taxi company "skyline" were trying to pick up unbooked customers but charging more than the agreed price that was on the "chat" confirmation. So all in all reliable for pick ups but useless for pre booked return journey unless u want to pay at least £15 more!!!
Prebooked a taxi more than 24 hours beforehand, I called again around 6 hours before, thenfirst time the call was answered, he wasnt speaking sense, told me they weren't taking any immediate cars which I didnt ask for, I told him I was disabled and he hung up on me. i called again, he said it was okay and the car was still coming and was okay. they didnt pick me up from the spot requested, I had tried to call them literally 30 times but noone would answer any phone calls. Noone picked us up. We were completely stranded in an unknown location with no public transport.
Great service from 247 TaxiLine. Prompt pick ups with good communication. Comfortable ride, friendly and professional driver & reasonable price. Very happy & would definitely recommend.
Try avoid this scam taxi company ! I was looking for a taxi from Wolverton to Silverstone and I received a quote of 55 pounds one side from some Mr. Shahid on watts app. The fair was clearly unfair so I refused. We took another taxi while returning and they charged us 25 pounds one side despite being rush hour and stopping in long queues at traffic signals.
Useless! Pre-booking is a waste of time. Everything about this service was absolutely useless
Great customer service, driver called 5 minutes before arrival to keep us updated. Highly recommended.
Prompt, friendly driver who is knowledgeable about Milton Keynes.
Booked and pre paid for a taxi and they told us a different pick up point so after walking to this other point the taxi had abandoned us in the middle of the night and then after calling multiple times they did not pick up. Absolutely terrible service.
