They messed up a bill (told me I hadn't paid when I had) and when I  suggested that maybe it was their fault, they threatened to call in the debt collectors. I asked to see the manager and he said the same thing! I told them (politely) to forget their invoice as I was not going to pay it a second time. Haven't heard from them since. Won't be going there again.
