Phoned up was on in the queue for less than five minutes. The receptionist was very helpful and within an hr I was being seen by a nurse practitioner. Nurse was very caring and prescribed me antibiotics. From the point of phoning to collecting my prescription I though it was a greatly organised doctors and chemist. Well done to the chemist too for rapid prescriptions dispense.

Poor service & rude people. Cannot be bothered to provide test results for patients. Do not have patient interest at heart. Just plain wrong. If you value your health do not come here

Very bad service, I almost lost my job because I was sick and they promise a fit note which was never given to me. They don't care about patients, they treat every problem with ibuprofen and paracetamol.That says all about them.

Removed from their books mid-treatment because of moving "outside their area" even though they advertise for new patients in villages a greater distance from them. The trustees/board had no interest in patient & doctor connection - I had a good relationship with my GP, and trusted his decisions. The practice "pen pushers" seem unconcerned about how they treat their patients.
