Brilliant staff and service. Nothing too much trouble and all questions answered fully and helpfully. A victim of their own success as they can be a bit slow and distracted as a result of the large number of happy customers.

My son lost his glasses and has a lot of difficulty seeing without them. Specsavers recognised this as a problem from his prescription and by phoning around managed to get a replacement pair from Cwmbran the next day instead of the standard 7 working days. It did mean a trip to Cwmbran for fitting but that was nothing compared to the inconvenience of not having glasses for over a week. Brilliant customer service from Specsavers in Monmouth and Cwmbran.

Cannot complain about the quality of the product they sell but their company policy in not accepting the £50 note sucks. It took me an hour to queue up, be refused payment in £50 notes, visit my bank, change the money, go back to the store and queue again, then pay in £20 notes, none of which were checked.
