My battery died in Waitrose car park. Not only did this great shop have the battery and tools I needed, but when I was unable to remove the retaining plate the complete gent who runs the shop came over to the carpark with his tools and removed it for me, saving me having to buy a load more tools that I already had at home. What an absolute life safer. You don't get service like this in many places anymore. Can not recommend this place strongly enough.

After searching the net for power steering fluid [urgent as pump growling] I did not want to wait 5 days for delivery. One polite phone call and correct advice from Car Care. Picked up product in 15mins. problem solved. Oh yes! 10p more expensive than than ebay!
