Story

The Agincourt Clinic is an Osteopathic Clinic situated in the heart of Monmouth town.the historical town of Monmouth, where it has been treating its patients to a high quality standard for the last 20 years. . The clinic has two treatment rooms and a comfortable reception area, and within the past two years has been refurbished with a neutral organic feel.
My name is Brendan Girones, and I have been running Agincourt Clinic since 2015. I have, to a great extent, studied and practised Osteopathy. I have qualifications and training in structural, cranial and visceral osteopathy, sports injury and myofascial treatment, as well as anti- and post-natal care.
I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2006, after which I worked as a principle osteopath in a busy multi- disciplinary clinic in Antigua, W.I. I then returned to the UK for a short while to split my time practising in Central and Southwest London. After this, I returned to Canada to work in the Halifax Osteopathic Health Centre, one of the premier Manual therapy clinics in Nova Scotia. I also have experience in children’s osteopathy after observing and treating children at the Osteopathic Children’s Centre.
I personally enjoy practising all the various styles of Osteopathy. I have a particular interest in sports injuries, having treated many professional and semi professional athletes within football, cricket, rowing and track and field events, for injury recovery and prevention as well as optimising performance.
Agincourt Osteopathic Clinic was previously run, since 1997, by owners Claire Lowe and Andrew Michie. They recently decided to leave in January 2015 to open a retreat centre in Spain. However, Claire will be back and available for treatments on dates that will be advertised online and within the clinic.
Claire has a specialist interest in jaw problems, headaches and pre conceptual and fertility programmes. She has conducted lectures and seminars around the countries within these areas of expertise. She also has a particular interest in dietary analysis and food intolerance testing.
