I changed from St Helens branch to Huyton and they've been terrible. On my first lens appointment I was told I could switch from my daily lens to monthly and it would only cost me £13 a month which is great as it would save me £12 a month. I was given a pair to try and booked back 2 weeks later. When I went back I saw someone else who had told me the only notes on my account was that I was given daily lens to trial And nothing else. I told this person everything I was told in my previous appointment and he said he would need to speak to the previous person because they have so many pairs of monthly lenses. I was meant to receive a phone call the following day which I never received so I had to call them back and I was booked back to check on the monthly lenses i had been given. On my third visit I was advised that they need to change my direct debit but the person I saw didn't know how to do it so I would gets phone call the following day to let me know it had been changed. No phone call for 2 days so I called the store back and I was told my direct debit had been changed and the next set of lenses I will get in thebpost may still be daily lenses if they are i can take them into the store to be changed, I didn't need to call just had to pop in. So when I went in to change my lenses I was told I should have called and they didn't have my lenses in so they would need to order them in but I can have them sent to my house and unwound get a phone call later that day to let me know it had been done. Again no phone call. So i had to chase them up. I was told that they couldn't be sent to my house and I would have to come into the store again and I would get a phone call to let me know when they had arrived. I don't drive and I have a 5 month old baby. So I'm looking forward to having to walk 40 mins back to the Huyton store for the 5th time. And during all of my visits to the store only once had someone offered to help open the door so I could get the pram into the door even though there's always staff standing by the door. I will be changing opticians as no one seems bothered when I've brought up the problems I've had.

Nice consultation but did not give me what I paid for and took 2 more visits.
