EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND DISGUSTED. MY WIFE ATTENDED STORE AT 11.00HRS TODAY 29/7/16 AND TOLD BY STAFF AT PHARMACY THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF A PRESCRIPTION FOR HER, WHICH HAD BEEN SENT FROM HER DOCTORS.
She returned home and immediately phoned the doctor to see why they had not sent the request. She was informed by her receptionist that they had sent the request.
As my wife does not drive I returned to the pharmacy on her behalf. 
I received the items and enquired as to when the request HAD BEEN SENT.   I was informed they had received the fax from my wife's doctor at 08 57hrs this morning but that the person in charge of the fax's had NOT presented it to the pharmacist.
Mistakes happen.      Unfortunately, in my wife's case she is not young of years and also has to escort my disabled daughter with her when attending places. Had I not been able to collect the script for her it would have meant a return journey back to the shop.

THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

All staff very helpful. In particular Kim who took time to ensure I bought the correct product - not the dearest one but the correct one !!!!
