Don't do appointments other than same day. Receptionist has a go at you every time you call, despite having no idea what's wrong with you. Waited over 4 hours for a call back about an appointment. I had missed the call by 30 seconds and had a message to call back asap. Rang within 2 minutes. was told I'd need to spend 35 mins on the phone the next day as they have no appointments left. Attitudes stink.

Lucky to be even getting a review I'm currently sitting like a fish out of water with my asthma, asked for help for an emergency prescription and was told to come from falkirk to Grangemouth to pick it up, staff wouldn't email prescription details to closer pharmacy. Thanks again If I do end out in a and e tonight Al send yous a post card 🖕🖕

Receptionist are so rude and unpatient. There is no chance you can make appoitment. They ask you to phone at 8:30am line is that busy that will end up holding your phone for 25min (if you're lucky) and when they answer they will tell you to phone in next korning as there are no appoitments left. Terrible service never had that bad experience before

I stood there wheezing, coughing, spluttering and shaking, while the receptionists nattered away to each other, then got sent home again. Because according to Kersiebank Medical having a chest infection, being asthmatic, having an empty inhaler and NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE isn't an emergency. To the point that rather than squeezing me in to see someone for a couple of minutes they would rather send me home again to wait for a triage nurse to call and arrange an appointment. Hopefully I won't have passed out by the time they get round to it. Pathetic on all counts. If I could give no stars, I would.
